Feeling Indecisive?

W.H. Murray was a mountain climber, author and soldier and one of the things that Murray said was that "Until one is committed, there is hesitancy, the chance to draw back, always ineffectiveness.  Concerning all acts of initiative, there is one elementary truth, the ignorance of which kills countless ideas and splendid plans, namely; that the moment one definitely commits oneself, then Providence moves too.  All sorts of things occur to help one that would never otherwise have occurred."  He goes onto say that "Whatever you can do or dream you can, begin it.  Boldness has genius, power and magic in it."

This is so powerful.  Where have you been delaying making a decision, maybe sitting on the fence, or have you been waiting for the timing to be just right, the market conditions to change or maybe for someone else to decide for you?  As long as we are indecisive there is little to no movement happening. Indecisiveness can be a very stagnant energy.

Decision making is a skill of successful people that can be learned and developed.  When you find yourself saying things like: 'We will just see what happens'  'It's a possibility'  'I'll decide when the time is right' 'I will think about it' 'I'm just not sure what to do'.   Pause and ask yourself if this is a decision you could be making now.  By making decisions quickly and committing yourself to that decision it moves molecules, as Murray says all sorts of things occur to help you and support you in your decision.  The best thing to do when you make a decision is to follow it with action quickly.

Make a decision, take action.  Make a decision, take action.  Make a decision, take action.  It is a formula for success!
